in Burgess Hill.

An extra space.
Or more use of the garden.
Start with how you want to use the space. The checklist below helps you send a clear garden enquiry without needing to settle every detail first.
Garden room
Describe the purpose of the room, its approximate size and where it would sit. Include any drawings you already have and your intended use throughout the year.
Decking
Show the area beside the house or within the garden. Note changes in level, the approximate size and how you want to use it.
Access and existing details
Photograph the route into the garden and the proposed location. Share what you know about existing services, drawings and permissions for your project.

Before you enquire
What should I send for a garden room enquiry?
Send photographs of where it would go, the approximate size you have in mind, and what you want to use it for, such as an office, studio or play space. A rough sketch is fine.
What helps with a decking enquiry?
Send photographs of the area, rough dimensions, and a note of how it slopes and what it joins onto. Tell Tom how you plan to use it, for example dining, seating or a path.
Should I mention access?
Yes. Say how materials would reach the garden: a side gate, through the house or over a fence. Narrow access can change how a project is planned, so it helps to mention it early.
What if I am still at the ideas stage?
That is fine. Send what you have, even if it is only a few pictures you like and a photo of the garden. Tom can talk through what is possible before you decide anything.
Tell Tom what you have in mind.
Send photographs, rough dimensions and your postcode to start the conversation.
